Subscription, Billing & Payments Some features of AutofunnelSuite are available only through paid subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing, plans, or features with prior notice. 6. We do not guarantee: Revenue, income, or profit Lead generation results Sales conversions or business success Your results depend entirely on your efforts, strategy, market conditions, and execution. 7. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to use AutofunnelSuite for: Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities Spam, unsolicited messaging, or abuse of communication channels Uploading malicious software or harmful content Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account. 8. Data & Content Ownership You retain ownership of your content (funnels, contacts, courses, data). By using the platform, you grant AutofunnelSuite permission to process your data solely for service functionality. We do not sell your personal data.
